Breath and Repeat is a bi-weekly group breath work session designed for anyone ready to begin or deepen their breath work practice, find tools that support mental and emotional well-being, and build authentic community. Join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month to breathe together in a space rooted in care, deep healing, and mutual support.
